The Council of Neighborhood Associations is a nonpartisan, grass-roots coalition of neighborhoods dedicated to the improvement of our quality of life through citizen involvement and participation.

CONA membership is open to all Neighborhood Associations, Homeowners Associations, and all groups and individuals interested in improvement of quality of life issues within the boundaries of New Hanover County.
